Problems with re-registration of MD802 for software update.

      The Serial Number of my MD802 is MD8112006317 and the Register Password is 497778. The tool is over a year old and has not had any software updates. I believe I did register the tool when it was new. I want to update the software now but I am unable to re-register the tool when I log in to My Account, for some reason when I enter the above serial number and password the registration fails so I am unable to progress further into my account to find what updates are available. This also happens when I insert the SD card for the tool directly into my PC. Also, I have the original Autel PC Suite on my PC, installed from the CD that came with the tool when new. How do I install the latest PC suite?

     Hello, free update of MD8112006317 ended on July, 2014 already.

     OK, I accept that my MD802 is well past the date of free software update but I do want to see what paid for updates are available and I am unable to do so because you will not recognise my serial number and register password when I enter those details in My Account. There seems to be a block - can you lift it or advise how I can check my tool for updates.

     Hi, since your tool has been registered, so there is no need to register it again. To renew your account, you could judt login with your Autel ID. There is an "Payment indtruction" on the left side. Or you could just purchase the update from your dealer.

     Thank you for the advice that the dealer would be able to supply me with software updates. But I am not sure how to get them directly from yourselves. Is there another Autel website? From this website I have tried the tabs: Support & Updates > Updates & Downloads > Code Readers/Code Scanners, but the MaxiDiag Elite range is not listed. Where am I going wrong?

     Thank you for the instruction which I have read. When I log in to Autel with my Autel ID and password I see: Your Account > Product Registration but nothing else listed for selection: Your Devices, Your Orders, Redeem, etc. are not displayed on the left side. When I enter the correct details of my MD802 in the Product Registration box I get: Registering Product Failed. So I am no further forward in trying to download the latest version of the PC Suite in order to see what updates are available. The problem seems to be with my product registration held by you. In this respect I have given the correct information so can you please deal with this as there is nothing more I can do.

     Hi, what is your Autel ID please? MD802 is bound to derekmillman(Autel ID) now.

     The Autel ID: derekmillman is the ID I set up with the MaxiDas website when I first registered my MD802, over two years ago. When I tried to use this ID recently I was informed that the MaxiDas website was no longer in use and that I had to use your website where my email address would be my new Autel ID. So my Autel ID is now: d.millman@mypostoffice.co.uk

     Hi, MD802 is bound to your new Autel ID now. So you could login to it and renew your account for the new update.
